Concept — Northeast India
Admissions students don't fight.

Ten thousand applications, one helpdesk.
Admissions is the highest-volume, highest-friction software in the region, and the most important form a student fills in all year. This concept designs it for the phone the student owns and the signal they actually have, with the admissions office working from the same live view.
The form fails, so the student travels.
The portal was built on a desktop, on office broadband. On a phone in the hills, the form times out, the upload fails and the fee payment opens in a different site. With no status page, the only way to check is a queue at the office. The applicants are lost, and the helpdesk fills up.
The admission, mapped.
One applicant journey and one office view, designed for low bandwidth first and checked against India's accessibility standard (IS 17802) throughout.
