The policy is fine. The form is the problem.
Insurers in Munich compete on price and cover. Then they lose the customer at step three of a form. This concept redesigns a home-contents policy from quote to claim: it asks less, explains more, and works with a screen reader from the first field.
Abandoned forms, and now a legal deadline.
Long single-page forms, jargon nobody explains, and a document upload that fails on a phone. Since June 2025 the BFSG requires these flows to be accessible, with fines of up to €100,000 and warning letters from competitors (Abmahnungen). A form that loses customers is now also a form that breaks the law.
The flow, mapped.
A home-contents policy from first quote to settled claim, designed for the customer and checked against WCAG 2.2 AA at every step.
